Overall it is a nice hotel and we enjoyed the stay, the location was awesome close to all attractions. The room is attractive and individual, comes with a nice TV, the window on to the walled walk-way plus toiletries. Totally recommended for shopping.

Had very very good experience, overall cheerful and absolutely great place.

Everything was nice, cooperative staff, peaceful location so close to a garden to relax, play games or sit at the fireplace at night, the lake and the town centre and restaurants.

The breakfast with waffles was great, you’ll find what you need.

The location is great, 1 mile from Lake George Dog Beach. The venue is walking distance to a trolley bus stop. The hotel serves muffins and fruit for breakfast.

The unit we got was comfortable and individual with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, for example. The staff was courteous and welcoming all the time. Central location was a plus. A trolley bus stop walking distance to the property was really handy.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

We stayed in a queen room complete with coffee machine, a nice TV and microwave. All of the staff members were excellent and amicable.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven in the room.

The location was great, at walking distance from Fort William Henry. I was lucky there was a trolley bus stop walking distance to the hotel. The room I booked was kept very clean with a nice TV and available with wifi.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Fort William Henry was great. The staff were very good and helped us with free parking.

Really kind, courteous people working here. Heated pool, parking onsite. Free Wi-Fi, available in the hotel. Marvellous location and individual rooms. Easy to get around, walking distance to a trolley bus stop🙂🙂

The location was marvellous, to the lake's boardwalk! Moreover, it was not far from excellent Italian restaurant, the waterside and shops, restaurants and cruise boats.

The room was a little small.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Spotless and updated hotel units with microwave, 2 queen beds and a table or chair.

As a light sleeper, I was impressed with the peacefulness of the room despite its location at the front of the facility. No disturbances from the pool or fire area at night.

Felt immediately at home, with no complaints whatsoever.

The location was particularly good, close to the downtown area and boardwalk and stores and shops, restaurants and the lake and near Shepherd Park we wanted to see. Booked a room with the window on to the walled walk-way.
